Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Skin Therapist to deliver non-invasive skin treatments, advanced facials, skin wellness therapies, and personalized skincare experiences.
The ideal candidate should have experience in a skin clinic, aesthetic clinic, premium salon, spa, or wellness centre and be comfortable combining scientific skincare knowledge with excellent client care.
Key Responsibilities -
Skin Assessment & Consultation
- Conduct basic skin assessments and assist with skin analysis procedures.
- Understand client concerns related to acne, pigmentation, tanning, sensitivity, ageing, hydration, and overall skin wellness.
- Explain treatment plans, skincare routines, and preventive skin care recommendations.
Skin Treatments & Therapies
- Perform professional facials and advanced facial therapies.
- Deliver non-invasive skin treatments as per MySenz protocols.
- Assist with and operate approved skin treatment devices after training.
- Maintain treatment quality, safety, and client comfort during all sessions.
Client Experience
- Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up.
- Educate clients on home care routines and skincare maintenance.
- Recommend suitable skincare products and wellness programs based on client needs.
- Ensure a premium, hygienic, and welcoming treatment environment.
Clinic Operations
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before sessions.
- Follow hygiene, sterilization, and infection-control protocols.
- Maintain treatment records and documentation.
- Monitor consumables and coordinate replenishment requirements.

Qualifications
- Diploma / Certification in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, Aesthetic Therapy, Skin Care, or related field.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of facials, skincare therapies, skin treatments, and client consultation.
- Familiarity with aesthetic devices, chemical peels, or skin clinic procedures is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of skincare, facials, and skin wellness treatments.
- Strong client consultation and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain hygiene, safety, and treatment standards.
- Comfortable working with technology and treatment devices.
- Willingness to learn and operate advanced skin analysis and non-invasive treatment machines.
- Ability to follow treatment protocols accurately.
- Willingness to undergo regular training on new technologies and treatments.
- Basic computer skills and treatment record management.

Salary
Best in industry + Incentives (based on experience and skills)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
