Call Center Sales Executive – Job Description
Position Summary
The Call Center Sales Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, identifying customer needs, promoting products/services, converting leads into sales, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasive selling ability, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products Equipments or services.
- Maintain a high level of product and process knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM or call center software.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.
- Adhere to quality standards and call center protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- Proven experience in call center sales, telesales, or customer service (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales.
- Good listening skills and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets based on Company requirement
- Languages – Hindi/English/Regional Language (Hindi is Mandatory)
Work Environment
Training will be provided on product and Equipment knowledge and call handling
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
