Role Overview : Manage customer relationships, handle customer queries, maintain CRM data, and ensure smooth communication and follow-ups with clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage customer interactions and follow-ups
- Maintain and update CRM records
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Track leads, bookings, and customer engagement
- Prepare basic reports and customer data analysis
- Ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction
Requirements :
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience with CRM tools and MS Excel
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
