Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive, highly motivated, and relationship-driven Sourcing Executive to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team. In the Indian real estate context, the Sourcing Executive plays a critical role in expanding our Channel Partner (CP) Network. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing local brokers, real estate agents, and independent property consultants to generate a steady pipeline of quality customer leads and drive on-site footfall for our ongoing and upcoming residential projects.

Key Responsibilities1. Channel Partner (CP) Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Identify, approach, and network with local real estate brokers, consultants, and agencies across relevant micro-markets (especially Western Suburbs, Vasai-Virar, and Palghar regions).
- Onboard new Channel Partners into the Imperial Lifestyle ecosystem and maintain detailed records of the partner network.
- Act as the primary point of contact for CPs, addressing their queries, coordinating brokerage structures, and keeping them updated on project inventory, pricing, and special offers.BeBee
2. Lead Generation & Site-Visit Coordination
- Collaborate with Channel Partners to pitch Imperial Lifestyle projects to prospective property buyers.
- Drive qualified customer walk-ins and organize successful site visits in coordination with the on-site sales closing team.
- Follow up with partners on a regular basis to track pending client leads and improve conversion rates.BeBee
3. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Conduct frequent market research and field visits to gather intelligence on competitor pricing, project launches, and promotional strategies.BeBee
- Analyze market trends to identify new sourcing pockets and strategic locations for network expansion.BeBee
4. Event & Promotional Support
- Assist the marketing team in organizing Channel Partner meets, broker training sessions, and corporate presentation events.BeBee
- Distribute marketing collateral (brochures, digital creatives, price sheets) efficiently across the broker ecosystem.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
- Education: Graduate / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.Expertia AI
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales, specifically in Channel Partner Sourcing or Broker Management. (Experience in the MMR/Vasai-Virar real estate market is highly preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in Marathi is a strong advantage given the regional market.
- Negotiation & Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build professional rapport quickly, negotiate commission structures, and influence stakeholders.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for frequent local field visits and broker meetings.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate regulations (RERA) and regional market dynamics.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
