We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Tender Executive to manage the preparation, submission, and follow-up of government and private sector tenders. Candidates with an Engineering background and experience in tendering, estimation, project documentation, and bid management will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, monitor, and participate in relevant tenders through GeM (Government e-Marketplace), CPPP, State Government e-Procurement Portals, and other procurement platforms.
- Manage end-to-end tendering activities on the GeM Portal, including bid participation, catalogue management, OEM authorizations, reverse auctions, and contract execution.
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
- Prepare and submit technical bids, financial bids, compliance statements, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, procurement, and management teams for successful bid submission.
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, commercial proposals, and bid comparisons.
- Ensure timely submission of bids and compliance with tender requirements.
- Manage EMDs, bid securities, performance guarantees, and contractual documentation.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, respond to clarifications, and coordinate with clients and authorities.
- Maintain tender databases, bid trackers, and contract records.
- Follow up on bid evaluations, award notifications, and post-award documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Any Discipline), Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field.
- Experience in Government procurement, GeM bidding, tender management, or project coordination will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong working knowledge of GeM Portal, CPPP, and Government e-Procurement systems.
- Experience in bid preparation, tender documentation, and contract management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF tools, and online procurement platforms.
- Understanding of commercial terms, compliance requirements, and government procurement procedures.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and work within strict deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- Government Tendering and Procurement.
- GeM Bid Participation and Reverse Auctions.
- IT Infrastructure, Networking, Software, Smart City, EPC, Electrical, or Infrastructure Projects.
- BOQ Preparation, Cost Estimation, and Technical Documentation.
Preference: Candidates with an Engineering background and hands-on experience in GeM Portal operations, Government Tendering, and Bid Management will be highly preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
