Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics and service operations.
- Assign and track service requests to field mechanics.
- Ensure timely dispatch and completion of customer bookings.
- Coordinate with mechanics, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor service schedules and resolve operational delays.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and service updates.
- Prepare daily operational reports using MS Excel.
- Follow up with customers and field staff for service completion and feedback.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational timelines.
- Handle logistics-related issues and escalate critical cases when required. These responsibilities align with common logistics executive functions involving transportation coordination, tracking, documentation, and operational support.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in logistics, operations, dispatch, or field coordination is preferred.
