- ITI certification in Electronics / Electrician / Mechanical or a related trade.
- Strong, demonstrable hands-on experience in through-hole and SMD soldering.
- Working knowledge of PCB rework and desoldering techniques and tools.
- Basic computer literacy - comfortable with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of mechanical fitting, hand tools, and assembly processes.
- Ability to read simple circuit diagrams, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with vendors and team members.
- Honesty and reliability in handling inventory, stock, and purchase-related work.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
