Divine Landcraft LLP is hiring HR professionals to manage end to end recruitment with a
primary focus on Re al Estate Sales Executive hiring and other business positions. The role
includes talent acquisition, screening, interview coordination, onboarding and recruitment
reporting.
Manage end to end recruitment with a primary focus on Real E state Sales Hiring.
Hire for Sales Executives, Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, BDE, Telecallers, Pre
Sales, Post Sales, Marketing, Back Office, and other business roles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, Foundit, Shine,
social media, referrals, and ATS .
Screen resumes, c onduct HR interviews, coordinate interviews, and manage offer
rollouts & onboarding.
Maintain ATS, recruitment MIS, hiring reports, and candidate database.
Coordinate with department heads to achieve monthly hiring targets and ensure an
excellent candidate experience.
Graduate/MBA (HR preferred).
2 6 + years HR/Talent Acquisition experience (Real Estate
Excellent communication and MS Office skills.
Ability to work under hiring targets.
