Brand Marketing Executive
We are seeking a creative and execution-driven Brand Marketing Executive to manage
the marketing initiatives for our flagship brands. The role requires a
blend of strategic thinking, campaign innovation, vendor management, and strong
execution skills, working closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Positioning
-Assist the Head of Marketing in developing and executing brand strategies for
both brands.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital, print, and on-ground
channels.
- Marketing Campaigns & Innovation
-Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand
awareness and customer engagement.
- Plan integrated campaigns across digital, PR, influencer, and on-ground
activations.
- Creative Development & Collaterals
-Identify and manage vendors for printing, production, and marketing
collaterals.
-Oversee quality, timelines, and cost-effectiveness of deliverables.
- Manage social media presence, performance marketing inputs, and influencer
tie-ups.
- Work with creative partners to develop engaging content.
- Activations, Events & Collaborations
-Conceptualize and execute on-ground brand activations, events, and pop-ups
to engage customers and build brand presence.
- Drive collaborations with influencers, communities, and like-minded brands to
create impactful partnerships.
- Ensure seamless execution of events with attention to detail, brand
consistency, and ROI measurement.
-Maintain marketing budgets vs. actuals, track spends, and report variances.
- Prepare MIS reports to monitor campaign performance and ROI.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management
-Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors for marketing activities and materials.
- Collaborate with operations, F&B, and cross-functional teams for smooth
execution.
-Analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and campaign data to refine
marketing strategy.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of proven experience in brand/marketing (F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, or
retail preferred).
- Strong exposure to campaign innovation, vendor management, and budget
control.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, analytics, and creative campaign
execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance strategic inputs with hands-on execution.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
