Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and dynamic Montessori Centre Head to lead and manage the overall academic and administrative operations of our Montessori Centre. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of a high-quality Montessori learning experience while fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, staff, and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Montessori Centre.
- Ensure effective implementation of the Montessori curriculum and teaching methodology.
- Supervise, mentor, and support teachers and support staff to maintain high academic and operational standards.
- Maintain a safe, hygienic, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents through regular communication, meetings, and counselling.
- Address parent concerns and ensure high levels of parent satisfaction.
- Monitor student development and ensure appropriate documentation and assessments.
- Coordinate admissions, orientation programmes, and school events.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Work closely with the Management to achieve academic and operational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or a relevant discipline.
- Montessori Certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Montessori Education, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or Centre Head role.
- Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and early childhood education.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative reporting.

- Excellent classroom management and mentoring skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with parents and resolve concerns professionally.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Event planning and centre administration experience.
