Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented Soft Skills & Placement Trainer to enhance students’ employability skills and support placement initiatives. The ideal candidate will train students in communication, personality development, interview preparation, and career readiness while coordinating placement activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct soft skills, communication, and personality development training sessions.
* Deliver training on verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and workplace etiquette.
* Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and aptitude preparation sessions.
* Guide students in resume building, LinkedIn profile optimization, and job applications.
* Prepare students for campus placements and recruitment drives.
* Track student performance and maintain training reports.
* Coordinate with recruiters and placement partners regarding hiring requirements.
* Organize career guidance workshops, employability sessions, and placement activities.
* Mentor students to improve confidence, professionalism, and interview readiness.
* Support placement team activities and employer engagement initiatives.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
