Role Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Lead who can take ownership of growth from 0 → 1. This is an equity-based role ideal for someone who wants to build something from scratch and grow with the company.
What You’ll Do
- Build and execute the overall marketing strategy
- Lead user acquisition (organic + experimental paid)
- Create and scale viral content (Instagram, Reels, Reddit, etc.)
- Drive community growth & engagement
- Plan and execute offline + online campaigns
- Optimize funnels (signup → activation → retention)
- Collaborate closely with product & founders
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of growth marketing / early-stage startups
- Experience with social media, content, or community-led growth
- Ability to experiment fast and iterate
- Bonus: Experience in consumer apps / social / dating / events space
