The Cluster Head – Technology, AI & Product Development will lead the digital transformation, technology operations, AI initiatives, and product development across multiple business clusters. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of technology strategies, driving innovation, overseeing digital products and mobile applications, and managing cross-functional teams to deliver scalable healthcare solutions.
The Cluster Head will collaborate with business leaders, healthcare partners, engineering teams, and operational stakeholders to improve service delivery, optimize technology infrastructure, and support business growth across assigned clusters.
Key Responsibilities1. Cluster Technology Leadership
- Lead technology operations across multiple clusters, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Standardize technology processes and systems across all assigned locations.
- Monitor technology performance and ensure consistent service delivery.
2. AI Strategy & Implementation
- Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to improve healthcare delivery, operational efficiency, customer engagement, and business intelligence.
- Work with Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to integrate AI capabilities into digital platforms.
- Promote innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and automation opportunities.
- Ensure AI initiatives comply with regulatory and ethical standards.
3. Product Development & Innovation
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for mobile and web-based healthcare applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, enhancements, and release plans.
- Ensure products meet customer needs, business objectives, and quality standards.
- Drive continuous product improvement through market analysis and user feedback.
4. Mobile Application & Digital Platform Management
- Oversee the development, enhancement, and maintenance of healthcare applications.
- Ensure intuitive UI/UX and seamless customer experiences across digital platforms.
- Manage integrations with hospitals, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, insurance partners, and third-party systems.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
5. Technology Operations
- Manage software development, infrastructure, IT support, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and technology vendors across assigned clusters.
- Ensure timely execution of technology projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Drive Agile project management and continuous process improvement.
- Establish operational standards and governance frameworks.
6. Team Leadership & Cluster Management
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including Product Managers, Software Engineers, UI/UX Designers, QA, DevOps, IT Support, and Business Analysts.
- Mentor team members and build a high-performance, innovation-driven culture.
- Set performance objectives, conduct reviews, and develop succession plans.
- Coordinate technology initiatives across multiple regional teams and business units.
7. Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business heads, healthcare providers, hospital management, and cross-functional departments to deliver strategic technology initiatives.
- Act as the primary technology and product leader for assigned clusters.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and technology partners.
- Present project updates, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
8. Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy standards, and information security policies.
- Monitor technology risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure business continuity through disaster recovery planning and cybersecurity measures.
- Maintain governance standards across all technology initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA, M.Tech, or equivalent) preferred.
- Professional certifications in Cloud Computing, AI, Agile, Product Management, or Project Management are desirable.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
