Job Summary
The Microsoft 365 Collaboration & User Services Engineer is responsible for managing enterprise messaging, collaboration platforms, and productivity services within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The role ensures reliable communication, document collaboration, and secure data access while supporting users across global locations.
The administrator will coordinate with helpdesk teams, Microsoft support, and external partners to ensure efficient operation of collaboration services and strong governance across the Microsoft 365 environment.

Hands-on expertise required in:
- Microsoft Exchange Online complete operation and management.
- Helpdesk Management related to Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft SharePoint Admin
- OneDrive
- Power BI dashboard management
- Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration

- Microsoft Entra ID

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
