We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive who has a strong business mindset and is passionate about helping businesses grow through strategic digital marketing.
The ideal candidate should understand how to build brands, generate qualified leads, increase sales, and create measurable business growth. We are looking for someone who can think beyond running ads and become a trusted marketing partner for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Performance Marketing campaigns.
- Build strong brand awareness across digital platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates.
- Create and manage social media marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI using data and analytics.
- Prepare marketing strategies based on business objectives and target audience.
- Coordinate with the creative and development teams to execute campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and marketing technologies.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Performance Marketing.
- Experience with lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Good understanding of branding and business growth strategies.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing reporting.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects.
- A proactive attitude with a business-first approach.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in an IT company or digital marketing agency.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Local SEO.
- Experience with LinkedIn Marketing, Email Marketing, and Marketing Automation.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar marketing tools.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
