Qualifications & Experience:
* Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
* Relevant HR experience preferred
Experience:1 Year To 3Year
Salary: 25000 To 30000 In Hand
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment and onboarding activities.
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
* Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll-related processes.
* Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives.
* Support performance management and training activities.
* Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
