Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily schedule, appointments, and meetings of the reporting manager.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Organize travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and important documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external clients.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Assist in planning events, meetings, and business activities.
- Perform general administrative and office support duties.
- Handle personal and official tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Professional attitude with a high level of confidentiality.
