We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deployment Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Deployment Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and efficient deployment pipelines for our software applications. This role requires a strong understanding of CI/CD principles, cloud infrastructure, and automation tools to ensure seamless and reliable software releases from development to production environments.
- Leadthe planning, implementation and integration of company's’s quantum security product
portfolio in diverse Enterprise IT environments (virtual/physical/container, on
prem/cloud/hybrid)
- Act asasubject matter expert on the company product portfolio– delivering implementation
and integration into the customer’s environment.
- Bethecustomer’s Go-Toperson forall matters pertaining to company deployments
- LeadProof of Concepts and Demos- leadsolutioning forthe POC scopeand
implementation and help drive deal wins.
- Workwithcustomers throughout a delivery project life cycle- planning, solution design,
deploying and configuring company's quantum security platform.
- Develop configurations/rules/policies to cover customer’s security requirements •
Provide and document best practices and recommendations on theproduct
implementations.
- Prepare and maintain project technical documentation to be delivered for customer
engagement.
- Work closely withEngineering and Products to ensure customer specific requirements
are understood well and incorporated correctly.
- Work with Customer Success managers to deliversuccessful adoption of the products.
- Travel to customer locations (if needed) to assist customers in short-term implementation
engagements.
- Facilitate Knowledge transfer and education on company's implementation to the client’s
teams.
Skills/Experience Requirements:- Strong hands-on experience in implementing Network security solutions. • Strong
understanding of network security, data security and cryptography.
- Strong understanding of networkflows, protocols and application related security
controls.
- Handsonexperienceof driving pre-sales solutioning, Proof of concepts and product
demosisamust
- Experience in cryptography and implementing data encryption products will be preferred.
- Experience of one ormanyofthe following networking and security technologies :
Network security, Firewall/WAF, VPN’s, routing/switching, IP addressing/subnetting, PKI
etc.
- Handsonexperienceimplementing ZTNA solutions would be preferred
- Experience deploying, maintaining or troubleshooting networking and security solutions
in enterprise environments is important • Experience deploying solutions built on
AWS/Azure/GCP,Kubernetes, Docker or other containerization technologies is preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge ofone ormorescripting toolsand technologies:
C/C++/Python/Bash/Ruby/Powershell , Chef/Puppet/Ansible etc.
- Experience with Linux platforms, especially Ubuntu/CentOS/Red Hat and Windows
Server platforms
- Strong client facing and conflict management skills.
- Ability to thrive in an early stage and growth startup environment.
- Strong communication skills, the ability to understand how a message should be delivered,
to whoandwhen.
- Willing to travel periodically based on customer and business needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- CISSP/CCSP/CompTIASecurity/CISA/CISM orother similar network andsecurity
certifications preferred
- 3-5 years of Deployment/Presales consulting experience in Cybersecurity/SaaS
organization.
