An HR Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing
- Identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Use platforms like job boards and professional networks to find qualified candidates
- Screening & Interviewing
- Review resumes and applications
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Candidate Management
- Maintain a database of candidates
- Communicate regularly with applicants regarding their status
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Job Posting & Branding
- Write and post job descriptions
- Promote job openings on relevant platforms
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Hiring Process Coordination
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs
- Assist in salary negotiations and offer rollouts
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Onboarding Support
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires
- Ensure proper documentation and joining formalities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
