Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Structures & Algorithms Faculty to join our founding academic team. The role involves designing and delivering structured courses, mentoring students through advanced problem-solving, and contributing to curriculum architecture under the Tattvaya Engineering Network program.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive courses in Data Structures & Algorithms
- Teach using Java, Python, C, or C++
- Guide students on coding platforms such as LeetCode and CodeChef
- Develop structured learning materials and assessments
- Monitor student progress and performance metrics
- Align curriculum with current industry standards
- Contribute to long-term academic planning
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience in DSA
- Strong problem-solving and conceptual clarity
- Proficiency in Java, Python, C, or C++
- Experience mentoring students on coding platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
- Fluency in both Telugu and English (mandatory)
- Industry software development experience is a plus
Compensation
Competitive salary package based on experience and expertise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
