Job Title: Quality Control Executive

Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry/Microbiology) or Diploma/Degree in Printing, Packaging, Mechanical, Polymer, Chemical or related field.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
- Monitor printing, bag making, and packing processes to ensure product quality.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and production documentation.
- Identify defects and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support BRCGS, GMP, hygiene, and internal/external audit requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and assist in root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch to resolve quality issues.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of quality inspection and documentation.
- Understanding of GMP, CAPA, and quality systems.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 1–2 years of experience in Quality Control.
- Experience in paper bags, packaging, printing, flexible packaging, corrugated boxes, or FMCG manufacturing will be preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and strong learning ability may also be considered.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
