Role Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering client projects on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role acts as the central point of coordination between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, efficient resource utilization, proactive risk management, and successful project execution. The Project Manager ensures every project progresses smoothly from kickoff to final delivery while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning
- Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project schedules and execution plans.
- Estimate resource requirements and coordinate project capacity.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with Brand Strategy, Content, Design, Video Production, Performance Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Assign tasks and ensure clear ownership across departments.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Identify dependencies and proactively remove execution bottlenecks.
Client Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication.
- Conduct client kickoff meetings and project review meetings.
- Provide regular project updates and status reports.
- Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle project feedback, approvals, revisions, and change requests.
Timeline & Delivery Management
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule without compromising quality.
- Track deadlines, milestones, and team progress.
- Escalate potential delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate final reviews before delivery.
Resource Management
- Work with department heads to allocate resources effectively.
- Balance workloads across teams.
- Ensure optimal utilization of internal and external resources.
Risk & Quality Management
- Identify project risks early and develop mitigation plans.
- Monitor project scope to prevent unnecessary scope creep.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before client submission.
- Maintain project documentation and version control.
Process Improvement
- Improve project workflows, templates, and delivery processes.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for project execution.
- Recommend automation and workflow improvements.
- Capture learnings from completed projects to improve future execution.
Required Skills
- Strong project planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or Jira.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
Experience
- 3 to 7+ years in Project Management, Client Servicing, Account Management, or Operations.
- Experience in a branding agency, creative agency, marketing agency, production house, or digital agency is highly preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
