● Minimum 10+2 / Graduate holders
● BPO International calling experience is a must
● Good communication skills
● Must have basic computer knowledge
● Flexibility to work in shifts (primarily night shifts)
● Willingness to work on weekends/public holidays (as per business needs).
● Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
● Ability to handle pressure and extended shifts
● US Healthcare knowledge is preferred
● A.R callers (Added Advantage)
● US Insurance Eligibility & Benefit Verification knowledge (Added Advantage)
● Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the above criteria preferred
● Exposure in handling w/ US & UK customers
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
