Hiring: Senior STEM Engineer – Shirpur, Maharashtra
Location: Shirpur, Maharashtra

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct STEM sessions and training programs in schools.
- Lead and guide STEM Mentors in the region, ensuring effective delivery of STEM programs and maintaining quality standards across schools.
- Mentor and guide students in Robotics, Coding, AI, IoT, and STEM projects.
- Support teachers and school staff in implementing STEM curriculum.
- Visit assigned schools regularly and ensure smooth program execution.
- Track student progress and submit reports.
- Coordinate with school management and internal teams.
- Manage STEM labs and ensure proper utilization of STEM kits and equipment.
- Assist in organizing workshops, competitions, exhibitions, and STEM events.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field),BCA,MCA etc
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in Robotics, Coding, AI, IoT, or STEM education preferred.
- Willingness to travel to schools in the region.
- Ability to handle training sessions independently.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
