We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
- Handle walk-in candidates and provide detailed counselling regarding courses and career paths.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and student inquiries professionally.
- Explain course details, fee structures, and career prospects to prospective students
- Maintain regular communication with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Build and Maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth admission and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, walk-ins, and admission process
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
- Prior experience in relevant field will be an advantage.
