Job role: HR and Placement Executive
Location: Pune | Work From Office
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 6 month in HR, Recruitment & Placement preferred
Salary: As per company standards + Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end student placement activities.
Source and share relevant job & internship opportunities.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring processes.
Build relationships with HRs, recruiters, companies & consultancies.
Support recruitment and company onboarding activities.
Guide students with resumes, LinkedIn profiles & interview preparation.
Track placement pipelines, interviews, selections and joining status.
Maintain accurate placement and recruitment reports.
Collect student testimonials, reviews, referrals and LinkedIn recommendations.
