Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam and a proven background in telesales, counselling, or lead conversion. The role primarily involves handling enquiries generated through Google and Meta advertisements, counselling prospective students, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries received through Google Ads, Meta Ads, website forms, and other marketing channels.
- Contact prospective students and provide detailed information about courses, fees, schedules, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up consistently with leads to maximize admission conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Meet monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Respond to student and parent enquiries professionally, including urgent calls after office hours when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales, Academic Counselling, Admission Counselling, or a similar lead conversion role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on conversions.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office is an added advantage.
- Experience in the education or training industry will be preferred.
