Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist customers by providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Resolve product or service issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team when necessary
- Provide product/service information and guide customers on usage
- Handle complaints and offer appropriate solutions
- Meet performance targets such as response time and customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Patience and ability to handle difficult customers
- Basic computer skills (CRM tools, email, MS Office)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Customer-oriented attitude
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
