1-3 yrs experience as a relationship manager in stock broking industry
Roles and responsibilities
· Conducting market research and analysis to identify trading opportunities.
· Managing risks through monitoring market volatility and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
· Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, understanding clients' goals and requirements, providing market insights, and executing trades based on client preferences.
· Monitoring trades, tracking portfolio performance, and providing regular updates to clients.
· Cross-selling company products to clients, Franchisee addition
· Target to achieve – 3X of monthly salary
· Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, and maintaining proper documentation.
· Learning, implementing, and improving back office functions.
· Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and any other local language.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
- Previous experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the stock broking industry.
- Knowledge of mutual funds, investment products and other stock market products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation
