Job Overview:
Handysquad Facilities Management is seeking an experienced and result-driven Operations Manager to oversee and manage daily operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery, team management, and maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of facility management services across assigned sites
- Manage and supervise site teams including supervisors, technicians, and housekeeping staff
- Ensure timely service delivery and adherence to company standards
- Handle client coordination, escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Plan manpower allocation and monitor attendance, productivity, and performance
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure service quality
- Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for manpower requirements
- Maintain operational reports, MIS, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement operational efficiencies
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, preferably in facilities management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and client-handling abilities
- Ability to handle multiple sites and manage field operations
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in housekeeping, home care, maintenance, or facility operations
- Ability to join immediately or within short notice
