Maruti Suzuki authorized service workshop is responsible for ensuring customers have a positive service experience, from booking to vehicle delivery and follow-up.
Typical job profile
- Welcome customers and understand their service concerns.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely repairs.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI) scores.
- Manage service appointments and follow-up calls.
- Maintain customer records and service history.
- Promote service packages, accessories, and value-added services when appropriate.
- Prepare reports related to customer feedback and service performance.
- Ensure adherence to Maruti Suzuki's customer service standards.
Required skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer handling and complaint resolution.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM/service management software).
- Team coordination and problem-solving.
- Time management and multitasking.
Educational qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA, or equivalent) is commonly preferred.
- Experience in customer service, the automobile industry, or hospitality is an advantage.
Work environment
- Primarily based at a Maruti Suzuki dealership or authorized service center.
- Regular interaction with customers, service advisors, technicians, and workshop managers.
- May involve working on weekends or during peak service periods.
