We're looking for someone to join our core team who can lead web and app development projects, manage a team of developers, and ensure smooth day-to-day technical operations. We want someone who enjoys solving problems, researching new technologies, and helping build great products.
Responsibilities -
Manage web and mobile app development projects from start to finish. Lead and coordinate developers, designers, QA, and other team members. Plan tasks, monitor progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time. Handle day-to-day technical and team operations. Use AI tools to improve productivity and development workflows. Research new technologies, AI tools, and industry trends. Improve internal processes and development workflows. Work closely with the leadership team on product planning and execution.
Requirements -
2+ years of experience in web/app development or technical project management. Good understanding of modern web and mobile technologies. AI-friendly and comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Antigravity, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Willingness to learn, research, and adapt to new technologies.
