Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO. The role requires excellent coordination skills, business understanding, and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules
· Coordinate internal/external meetings, including board meetings and leadership discussions
· Prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting) and track action points
· Act as a liaison between CEO and departments, clients, and stakeholders
· Draft emails, presentations, reports, and business correspondence
· Handle confidential documents and sensitive information securely
· Assist in business planning, MIS reporting, and data analysis
· Follow up with teams on key deliverables and deadlines
· Organize events, leadership meetings, and corporate engagements
· Support CEO in strategic initiatives and decision-making processes
Required Skills:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
· High level of professionalism and confidentiality
· Strong follow-up and coordination skills
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Qualification:
· Graduate / MBA preferred
· 4–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
