- Receive incoming raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other items as per approved documents.
- Check quantity, item description, batch number, and physical condition of received materials.
- Assist in loading, unloading, shifting, and proper stacking of materials.
- Maintain proper storage of materials according to company procedures.
- Issue materials to production and other departments against authorized requisitions.
- Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.
- Update stock registers, ERP/software records, and other store documents.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies to the Store In-Charge.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO principles wherever applicable.
- Ensure proper identification and labeling of materials.
- Keep the store area clean, organized, and free from unnecessary material.
- Segregate damaged, rejected, expired, or obsolete materials as instructed.
- Assist in monthly and annual stock-taking activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and other departments regarding material requirements.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or wastage.
- Follow company SOPs, safety rules, GMP requirements, and housekeeping standards.
- Report shortages, excess stock, damaged materials, and other discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Perform other store-related duties assigned by the Store In-Charge.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
