## About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented *Senior Business Development Executive* with 4+ years of experience in sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, have a strong networking ability, and be passionate about generating business opportunities in the architecture, construction, and interior design industry.
This role requires someone who enjoys building relationships, meeting decision-makers, and consistently achieving ambitious sales targets.
## Key Responsibilities
• Generate high-quality leads for architecture, interior design, and turnkey construction projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, developers, PMC consultants, corporates, channel partners, and HNI clients.
• Leverage *LinkedIn* and professional networking platforms to identify prospects and generate business opportunities.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, referrals, networking events, and social media.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the leadership team and assist in closing business opportunities.
• Develop strategic partnerships and referral networks to generate consistent leads.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking forums, and business meetings.
• Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and lead pipelines.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
## Required Skills & Qualifications
• *4+ years of experience* in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Relationship Management.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads independently.
• Hands-on experience using *LinkedIn* for networking and lead generation.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹11,535.39 - ₹40,918.70 per month
