Job Title: HR Manager/Head
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, manage employee lifecycle processes, and ensure smooth coordination between office and site locations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on HR experience, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and exit formalities
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
- Conduct and manage performance appraisals and employee development plans
- Coordinate with site teams and manage HR activities across locations
- Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and employee databases
- Support management in HR strategy, policy implementation, and decision-making
- Drive a positive and productive work culture
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel for site visits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
