Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Vendor Management
- Raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders as per departmental requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain approved vendor database and vendor performance records.
- Ensure timely procurement of medicines, consumables, and medical supplies.
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels of pharmacy and hospital consumables.
- Maintain minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Track near-expiry, expired, and non-moving inventory.
Pharmacy & Medical Supplies Coordination
- Coordinate with pharmacy and clinical departments for stock requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of medicines and critical supplies.
- Monitor batch numbers, expiry dates, and storage conditions.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain procurement records, GRNs, invoices, and stock registers.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and statutory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits related to inventory and procurement.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Track purchase costs, stock consumption, and wastage.
- Generate inventory aging and stock movement reports.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in hospital pharmacy, healthcare supply chain, or inventory management.
- Knowledge of hospital inventory systems and ERP software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹54,651.21 per month
