Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in company systems and databases.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately into computer systems and databases
Verify and correct data where necessary
Maintain confidentiality of company information
Prepare and sort documents for data entry
Review data for errors and ensure accuracy
Generate reports as required
Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth workflow
Required Qualifications
Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline
Good knowledge of MS Office packages, especially MS Word and MS Excel
Typing speed of at least 100 words per minute
Good communication skills in English (both written and oral)
Basic computer knowledge and internet handling skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good organizational and time-management skills
