About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, monitoring, and scaling paid advertising campaigns to drive quality leads, conversions, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including:
- Search Ads
- Display Ads
- Performance Max Campaigns
- YouTube Ads
- Remarketing Campaigns
- Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns across:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign strategy development.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as:
- CTR
- CPC
- CPA
- ROAS
- Conversion Rate
- Set up and manage:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Conversion Tracking
- Pixel Tracking
- Event Tracking
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for ad creatives and campaign requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and digital advertising best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of proven experience in PPC and Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Good understanding of:
- Lead Generation Campaigns
- E-commerce Campaigns
- Conversion Optimization
- Audience Segmentation
- Funnel Strategy
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Excellent reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certifications will be an added advantage.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts across different industries.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
