● Assists purchase managers in an organization’s purchasing functions
● Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
● Initiating and keeping track of orders, receiving, inspecting and distributing orders, filling out damage claims and return orders.
● Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
● Keeping daily records and working with accounts payable to pay vendors.
● Coordinate with user departments and supplies in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.
● Handling and monitoring of claims of vendors for defectives, shortage, missing supplies.
● Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
● Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with organization’s policies and procedures.
Providing technical and administrative assistance to the purchase department by assisting with documentation, spreadsheets and customer service
