Job Responsibilities:
- Manage front office and daily school administration activities
- Handle parent, visitor, and staff coordination
- Maintain records, documentation, and reports
- Support admissions and communication activities
- Coordinate with vendors, transport, and facility teams
- Manage office inventory and administrative tasks
- Visitor management and front desk operations
- Pantry coordination and office upkeep
- Handle school social media and website updates
- Collect and manage parent feedback
- Manage official WhatsApp and email communication
- Assist management in smooth campus operations
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in front office/admin/school operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation
- Well-organized with a professional approach
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Good coordination and customer service skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
