Job Description
Learn Confident, a Bengaluru-based EdTech company, is hiring Management Trainees for our Inside Sales team on an immediate basis. This is a hands-on floor role where you will make calls, handle client meetings, and drive real revenue from day one of active work — no notice period candidates, please.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients/students and generate qualified leads
- Conduct sales conversations and meetings (virtual and in-person) to close enrollments
- Follow up consistently with leads to drive conversions
- Maintain daily call and meeting records
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- Final-year students (any degree) or freshers
- Good communication skills; basic English proficiency required
- Comfortable making calls and handling sales meetings
- Fluency in any of these is an advantage: Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Malayalam
- Must be able to join immediately
- Willing to work on-site at Koramangala (no remote option)
