Job Summary
We are hiring motivated and skilled professionals for the role of Customer Associate for our international inbound voice process. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from global customers, resolve their queries, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and resolve queries effectively.
- Deliver high-quality customer service in a Business-to-Consumer (B2C) domain.
- Provide accurate solutions to customer issues on the first call (FCR).
- Maintain standard notes and logs in the system using basic internet applications.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 12th pass.
- Experience: Minimum 12 months of mandatory experience in an International Inbound Voice process (B2C domain).
- English Proficiency: Strong verbal communication skills (B2 Level / SHL score of 58 or higher).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with MS Office, and internet navigation.
Shift & Working Days
- Shift: Night Shifts.
- Working Days: 5 days a week with split week-offs.
- Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)
