Position Overview:
Invensis Technologies is seeking a Learning & Development Trainer Sourcing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the sourcing of trainers for various learning and development initiatives. You will work closely with L&D teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure that high-quality trainers are sourced efficiently and effectively. Your role will be essential in delivering impactful training programs that meet organizational needs and support employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
Trainer Sourcing and Coordination:

Identify and source qualified trainers for a wide range of learning and development programs.

Screen potential trainers, evaluating their qualifications, expertise, and suitability for specific training needs.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to determine training requirements and create a list of preferred trainers.

Establish and maintain relationships with external training vendors and independent trainers.

Manage trainer contracts, scheduling, and availability to align with training calendars.
Training Program Support:

Collaborate with the L&D team to design and develop effective training strategies and curricula.

Provide logistical support for training sessions, including coordinating schedules, venues (virtual or physical), and necessary resources.

Ensure that all training sessions are executed seamlessly and within specified timelines.

Assist in measuring the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance tracking.
Administrative and Reporting Tasks:

Maintain accurate records of trainer contracts, training schedules, and participant data.

Generate reports and dashboards to track sourcing activities, training effectiveness, and trainer performance.

Coordinate with finance and procurement teams for timely processing of trainer payments and reimbursements.
Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on emerging trends in learning & development and the training industry to ensure the continuous improvement of sourcing practices.

Suggest improvements to the training delivery process, trainer engagement, and overall L&D strategy.
Required Skills & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in learning and development coordination, trainer sourcing, or similar roles.

Strong knowledge of sourcing methods, including using recruitment platforms, social media, and networking to find qualified trainers.

Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training tracking tools.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good to Have:

Experience in vendor management or working with external training providers.

Certification in Learning & Development, HR, or related areas.

Knowledge of various training methodologies and platforms (e.g., eLearning, instructor-led, blended learning).

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
