Business Development Executive – Global Staffing & RPO

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 3+ years of experience in Global Staffing and RPO sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in client acquisition, lead generation, and managing long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and working closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities in Global Staffing and RPO services.
- Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and other sales channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable staffing and RPO solutions.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, client records, and business pipeline in CRM.
- Provide excellent post-sales support and identify opportunities for business growth.
Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development within Global Staffing, Recruitment, or RPO.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of staffing, recruitment, and RPO business models.
- Experience handling domestic and international clients is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
