The Role:
We are seeking a technically adept Customer Success Assistant to assist our Customer Success Executives. This role has been created due to business growth and is the first step on a growth path for the right person. This role involves a combination of customer success management and training responsibilities. The Customer Success Assistant's first priority is to proactively manage day-to-day customer tasks and assist in resolving customer challenges. The ultimate goal is making it easy for the Overseas customers to take maximum advantage of the product or service they have purchased.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the CS team in customer meetings, readiness, and onboarding processes.
- Write meeting agendas and minutes during weekly meetings and promptly act on the action items.
- Assist in setting up training schedules and conduct product training.
- Provide back-office support for creating campaigns, comps, assets, and notifications.
- Follow up on obtaining signed documents related to hardware delivery, training documents, etc.
- Coordinate and follow up with internal teams for closure of support tickets.
About You:
This role is well-suited for someone who:
- Possesses excellent verbal and written skills in English Language.
- Is proficient in computer applications and capable of learning new systems.
- Is tech-savvy and systems-oriented.
- Can work autonomously with guided supervision.
- Excels in proactive problem-solving with a curiosity and drive to get a resolution on outstanding challenges
- Demonstrates accuracy, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Exhibits strong client service skills and is people-oriented.
- Has a passion for data and using it to make business cases and improve decision making
- Is willing to travel as required.
- Has advanced time management and planning skills
