About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Social Media Ads to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating and scaling lead generation campaigns that deliver strong ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn
Create and test ad creatives, copies, and audiences
Optimize campaigns for leads, traffic, and conversions
Monitor budgets, CPC, CPL, CTR, and ROAS
A/B test ads and landing pages for better performance
Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools
Stay updated with ad policies, trends, and algorithm changes
Coordinate with design & content teams for ad creatives
Requirements
1 year –2 years of experience in Social Media Ads / Performance Marketing
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads
Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting & lookalike audiences
Experience with lead generation and conversion campaigns
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics & pixel tracking is a plus
Analytical mindset with a performance-driven approach
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
