We are hiring a dedicated and organised Academic Coordinator to manage the day-to-day academic and administrative operations across both our branches in Panchkula.
Key responsibilities :
- Plan, schedule, and conduct student tests and evaluations
- Coordinate with teachers and students for academic matters, schedules, and queries
- Mark and maintain daily student attendance records
- Handle data entry and records management on the provided laptop
- Assist in creative and ground-level institute activities as needed
- Coordinate between the two branches for smooth operational continuity
Who we're looking for :
- Graduate or above (commerce or related background preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, spreadsheets)
- A creative mindset and willingness to take initiative
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
