Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced professional to manage assembly operations, ensure production targets, maintain quality standards, and drive process improvements.
Key Job Responsibility:
· Achieve 100% adherence to daily and monthly production targets
· Maintain product quality standards with minimal defects and rework
· Improve assembly efficiency and reduce downtime through process optimization
· Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen) on the shop floor
· Ensure effective manpower utilization and smooth shift operations
· Strengthen coordination with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Competencies Required
· Knowledge of ISO standards, 7 QC tools
· Basic Lean / Six Sigma concepts
· Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
· Good communication & teamwork
Qualification:
· B.E / B. Tech – Mechanical / Production
· MBA in Operations / M. Tech (Mechanical/Civil) will be a added advantage.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
