We are looking for an Assistant Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and financial activities in the automotive industry. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling invoices, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate accounting processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting entries and records.
- Prepare and process purchase invoices and sales invoices.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Record and verify cash, bank, and petty cash transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Assist in GST filing and statutory compliance documentation.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or related field.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Office preferred.
- Support inventory and spare parts accounting activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding payments and billing.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
